1. How do I place an order with my own images?
- First you should prepare your image if possible, then either login or register a new account with us. Note that you should register with a valid email address as this will be used to send an activation link and subsequent order information.
- Use the "Order Canvas Prints" option on the menu as the first step.
- Click the "Browse" button and select an image from your own PC, then click the "Upload" button. Please be patient as the upload may take a few minutes depending upon your image size and your internet connection.
- The next page you will see is the "preview" screen. If you have uploaded a bmp or jpeg file you will see a thumbnail version of the image you have just uploaded and you may select from various image processing options if necessary (such as "convert to sepia" for example). There is also a box that will allow you to enter any specific requirements you may have. Click "continue to move onto the next page.
- The "summary" page allows you to see an order summary of the options selected so far, and to specify the desired print dimensions and final media. You may enter your dimensions in mm or inches and the other will be calculated automatically. Click "continue to move onto the next page.
- The "Frames" page will allow you to select a frame if required. Click "continue to move onto the next page.
- The "Confirm Order Details" page will show a summary of everything selected so far with a total order price including shipping. If you are happy with the details, press the "Confirm" button once to be taken through to Paypal where payment processing will take place.
Please note when uploading your images please unsure you send in the highest resolution possible (300dpi min) in one of the following file formats BMP, JPG, PSD, Tiff or EPSBack to top
2. How do I place an order using your library images?
- To browse our library of images to order canvas prints from, please select "Canvas Prints" from the menu. Then select a category to view the images available.
- Once you have found an image you'd like to proceed with, please click it to make your selection.
- The next page you will see is the "preview" screen. 3. What happens once I place my order?
Once you have completed the payment processing through Paypal you will receive an order confirmation from us. This lets you know that we have all your order details and can begin working with your image.
If you have ordered by post your photo/image will be returned to you with your order. If your photo’s are of a valuable or sentimental nature we suggest recorded delivery/registered post to be used. We can not be held responsible for loss or damage in the post when sending your photo’s to us.
We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days from your confirmed order
If you require your print or canvas for a particular date let us know and we can fast track your order at no extra cost.
If you require a proof prior to manufacturing please let us know. However this will slow down our normal production of your order.

4. Can I order via post
Yes! Simply download our order form
here.
We will return images/photographs to you with your order. If your photo’s are of a valuable or sentimental nature we suggest recorded delivery/registered post to be used. We can not be held responsible for loss or damage in the post when sending your photo’s to us.
